Job Requirements
- Previous waitress, waiter, or banquet server experience preferred
- demonstrate a high caliber of professionalism and presentation, commensurate with the expectations of a private club setting
- demonstrated organization and coordination skills and ability to meet deadlines and ability to multi-task in a sporadic, fast-paced environment
- ability to maintain quality and safety standards
- demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills to a wide variety of constituents
- excellent interpersonal/relationship-building skills
- must be able to stand, walk, squat, reach, bend, climb, clean, walk on rough ground and lift up to 20 pounds
- must be able to handle hot and cold interior and exterior conditions and exposure to dust, fumes and gases
- independent mobility
Job Qualifications
- Previous waitress, waiter, or banquet server experience preferred

Job Duties
- Complete daily pre-shift and post-shift checklists to prepare for service
- attend daily pre-service line up meetings covering specials and service expectations
- provide immediate and attentive service to members and guests using proper verbiage and member names
- maintain an ongoing presence on the dining floor with an on-stage mentality
- confidently communicate menu items, specials, and dietary accommodations to guests
- utilize the Point-of-Sale system accurately to record orders including special instructions
- demonstrate knowledge of wine, beer, and liquor selections and make appropriate recommendations
- present and pour wine using proper service techniques
- serve beverages and meals with appropriate garnishes and in correct courses
- continually monitor member satisfaction and replenish beverages and food items as needed
- clear tables efficiently and maintain clean dining areas
- present dessert menus and serve desserts, coffee, and after-dinner drinks
- verify accuracy of billing and process payments appropriately
- resolve service issues promptly and seek management assistance when necessary
- comply with all laws and club policies regarding alcohol service
- ensure cleanliness and organization of dining and back of house areas
- perform other duties as assigned
