Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a similar server role
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Must be attentive and detail oriented

  • Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality roles
  • Basic knowledge of banquet operations
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24-hour operation

Job Duties

  • Provide attentive and courteous service to guests at Sandbox Pool & Beach
  • Assist the Food & Beverage team in executing dining services smoothly
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the service area
  • Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism
  • Support banquet operations as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards
