Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift 25-50 pounds
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
- capability to perform repetitive motions such as pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
Job Qualifications
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work well within a team
- previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- knowledge of basic math for handling payments
- physical stamina for fast-paced mobility during shifts
Job Duties
- greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- take food and beverage orders accurately
- suggest menu items to enhance sales and guest satisfaction
- deliver food and drinks efficiently to tables
- process payments and provide accurate change
- maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas
- collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure smooth service flow
