Job Requirements
- Standing for long periods of time
- Lift up to 20 lbs
- Ability to work outside in the summer months
- Previous serving experience preferred but not required
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of restaurant etiquette
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Warmly greet Members and guests upon arrival, providing friendly and attentive service
- Accurately take food and drink orders for members
- Assist with the tidying of tables, clearing and keeping the dining area clean
- Deliver drinks to tables
- Knowledge of current menus and bi-weekly specials with the ability to make recommendations
- Collaborate with team members, such as kitchen staff, bartenders, host, and wait assists, to provide a seamless dining experience
- Follow established Club service standards
