Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality service preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and customer service orientation
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Must be punctual and reliable
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is an asset
- Thorough knowledge of food, wine, and liquor products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive approach to hospitality
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally and effectively
Job Duties
- Report to work on time as scheduled
- Maintain uniform and personal hygiene according to restaurant standards
- Exemplify hospitality standards including answering guests' questions and handling requests and complaints with priority on guest satisfaction
- Cooperate with management and co-workers by assisting others when needed
- Communicate suggestions for improvement positively
- Follow all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
- Know and follow emergency procedures as outlined by the restaurant
- Perform all duties according to the associate handbook standards and procedures
