The Server role at Eureka! is an exciting opportunity for individuals who radiate hospitality and thrive in a vibrant, fast-paced restaurant setting. Job Duties

  • Greet all guests with a warm and friendly disposition within company time specifications
  • Attend to guests' needs professionally and courteously
  • Memorize and utilize Eureka!'s abbreviations and ticket writing procedures
  • Write food and drink orders accurately according to guests' requests
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of menu and bar items to respond to guest inquiries
  • Prepare and serve beverages according to quality and time standards
  • Deliver food orders accurately to table and bar seat numbers
  • Execute proper food and drink placement at tables
  • Bus and manicure tables throughout the restaurant
  • Polish and roll silverware
  • Transport plates, bowls, and glasses from dish station to cooks' line
  • Replenish condiments such as straws, napkins, and ice as needed
  • Maintain expeditor and wait stations
  • Assist in seating guests and answering telephone calls as needed
  • Perform opening and closing duties including cleaning and food preparation
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions per company procedures
  • Observe state and federal laws regarding alcohol service
