The Server role at Eureka! is an exciting opportunity for individuals who radiate hospitality and thrive in a vibrant, fast-paced restaurant setting. Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- TAM/Alcohol Awareness card
- Food handler safety training card
Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a warm and friendly disposition within company time specifications
- Attend to guests' needs professionally and courteously
- Memorize and utilize Eureka!'s abbreviations and ticket writing procedures
- Write food and drink orders accurately according to guests' requests
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu and bar items to respond to guest inquiries
- Prepare and serve beverages according to quality and time standards
- Deliver food orders accurately to table and bar seat numbers
- Execute proper food and drink placement at tables
- Bus and manicure tables throughout the restaurant
- Polish and roll silverware
- Transport plates, bowls, and glasses from dish station to cooks' line
- Replenish condiments such as straws, napkins, and ice as needed
- Maintain expeditor and wait stations
- Assist in seating guests and answering telephone calls as needed
- Perform opening and closing duties including cleaning and food preparation
- Handle cash and credit card transactions per company procedures
- Observe state and federal laws regarding alcohol service
