Job Requirements
- Must be able to read and communicate effectively
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods
- Weekend and holiday availability
- Ability to uphold respectful behavior towards residents, guests, and coworkers
- Adherence to uniform policy
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- Must be professional, courteous, friendly
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- Ability to learn new things is a plus
- Possess good communication skills to interact effectively with co-workers
- Banquet server experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Maintaining a friendly demeanor while catering to the needs of residents and guests
- Presenting specials and taking orders
- Providing refills and addressing guest requests
- Working as a team to maintain the upkeep of dining venues and kitchen areas
- Answering phones and taking reservations
- Seating residents and their guests
- Wearing proper uniform including black nonskid shoes and name badge
