Job Duties
- Provides an enjoyable dining experience for residents while maintaining a clean, healthy, and safe environment
- Reports environmental situations that could threaten resident safety upon first notice
- Completes meal service duties courteously and timely as assigned by supervisor according to established dietary policies
- Sets dining room including table layout, place setting, and centerpiece with knowledge of table assignments and locations
- Uses chemicals, cleaning agents, and equipment safely and effectively per food safety regulations
- Practices safe and sanitary handling, preparation, storage, and service of food including proper hand washing and glove use
- Maintains clean uniforms and sanitizes work surfaces and tools between uses
