Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in upscale or full-service restaurant settings preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Adherence to company uniform standards including non-slip shoes
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a server in an upscale or full-service restaurant preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Knowledge of wine cocktails and menu pairings is a plus
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and promptly providing an exceptional first impression
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders while offering menu recommendations and answering questions about ingredients preparation methods and pairings
  • Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience anticipating needs and resolving concerns promptly and professionally
  • Handle all payments accurately processing transactions through the POS system
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas including tables side stations and beverage stations
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow and clear communication
  • Follow all safety sanitation and food handling guidelines in compliance with company and health department standards
  • Support team members during peak service times by assisting with bussing refilling drinks and resetting tables
  • Uphold the restaurant’s standards for professionalism hospitality and guest care
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
