Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United States
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic math skills for handling cash and presenting checks

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and show them to their tables
  • Take guest drink and appetizer orders and upsell any current specials
  • Deliver guests orders to their tables in a timely manner
  • Pre-bus tables for plates, glasses, and silverware from guest tables when appropriate
  • Present correct check to guests before dining is complete
  • Refill drinks and upsell dessert during guests dinning
  • Clear and reset tables as guests leave in preparation for new guests
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, such as sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting restaurant and bar areas as needed
  • Clean, stock, and prep the restaurant and bar at the end of the night
  • Additional duties as needed and instructed by restaurant manager, bar manager, kitchen manager or GM
