Job Qualifications

  • One year experience in food and beverage position preferred
  • Experience with chain food and retail outlet preferred
  • Knowledge of age requirements for alcohol service
  • Familiarity with menu items and beverage preparation
  • Understanding of brand standards of operation
  • Ability to assist guest inquiries about local area
  • Proficiency in computer systems for property management
  • Service-minded and friendly professional behavior
  • Ability to communicate effectively

Job Duties

  • Offer prompt and courteous service to guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and guest-ready appearance of the outlet
  • Prepare and maintain dining area and supplies
  • Process guest charges and gratuities according to policies
  • Maintain safety and security practices
  • Provide highest quality product and service to guests
  • Complete daily side work including stocking
  • Order and control costs
  • Maintain certification from responsible vendor training program
  • Perform other assigned duties capable of being performed
