Job Requirements
- Must be available Saturday for Tea Service
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- must obtain and maintain required certifications per state regulations
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to service
- reliable and punctual
- friendly and professional demeanor
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is a plus
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to engage professionally with guests and coworkers
- knowledge of menu and service standards
- certification or willingness to obtain required certifications such as Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler's Card
Job Duties
- Create warm, memorable dining moments by greeting guests with a smile, taking accurate orders, and ensuring every need is met
- know the menu inside and out including ingredients, dietary needs, daily specials, and alcohol service guidelines
- deliver food and drinks quickly and flawlessly with attention to detail
- juggle multiple tables effectively while maintaining service smoothness and cleanliness
- handle payment transactions with precision and follow company security protocols
- keep the service area spotless and safe by adhering to hygiene regulations and certification standards
- maintain stamina and endurance to stay energized and efficient throughout shifts
