Job Requirements
- Flexible schedule with availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift
- Must not work while clocked out
- Must clock in and out for breaks as scheduled
- Provide sufficient notice when calling out for a shift
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands and wrists
- Ability to lift and carry supplies and linens
- Read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality or consumer-facing service roles preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
- Friendly service with a smile
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Good communication skills
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay using guests' names whenever possible
- Take and accurately input food and beverage orders into POS
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and correctly
- Prepare coffee and specialized drinks
- Clear, clean, and reset tables as needed
- Monitor and respond to guest requests efficiently
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining and surrounding areas
- Escort guests to tables when needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling policies
- Complete shift handover reports accurately and on time
