Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must comply with health and safety regulations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or a related field preferred

- Punctuality and adherence to scheduled shift times

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guest names whenever possible to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Work collaboratively with team members to contribute to excellent guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and a sense of urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities, amenities, and event support
- Answer all incoming calls with friendly, professional service using the approved greeting
- Ensure all workspaces and public areas are kept spotless and well-organized
- Assist in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces when necessary
- Greet guests warmly even while performing cleaning duties
- Complete operational checklists accurately and on time every shift
- Prepare and serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Input orders into the point-of-sale system and secure payment
- Prepare coffee and specialized drinks as a barista
- Clear, clean, and reset tables for dining
- Observe guests and respond promptly to requests
- Complete daily inventory prep sheets and other side work as required
- Escort guests to tables as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling policies
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and surrounding areas
- Demonstrate knowledge of hotel hours and amenities
