Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
  • Use guests' names whenever possible to enhance the welcoming experience
  • Work collaboratively to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
  • Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
  • Maintain strong knowledge of hotel features and amenities
  • Support all groups and events at the hotel
  • Use relevant technology proficiently for order taking and service
  • Answer all incoming calls with friendly, approved greetings
  • Keep all workspaces clean and well-organized
  • Participate in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
  • Greet every guest happily while performing cleaning duties
  • Complete all operational checklists accurately and timely
  • Submit accurate and timely shift handover reports
  • Maintain a flawless uniform and grooming standards
  • Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
  • Show willingness to stretch beyond traditional roles to meet business needs
  • Collaborate with all team members to create a welcoming environment
  • Provide prompt, friendly, and accurate food service
  • Take food and beverage orders and input them accurately into the POS system
  • Deliver hot food items promptly to tables
  • Prepare coffee and other specialized drinks
  • Clear, clean, and reset tables as necessary
  • Observe diners and respond to their requests
  • Complete daily inventory prep and other side work
  • Escort guests to tables as needed
  • Ensure compliance with food safety policies
  • Assist in maintaining restaurant cleanliness
  • Demonstrate knowledge of hotel hours and amenities
