Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Capacity for repetitive wrist, hand, and finger motions
- Ability to lift and carry moderate weights such as laundry supplies and linens
- Must read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift
- Must clock in and out for designated breaks
- Must provide notice when calling out for scheduled shifts

- Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred

- Punctual with shift start and end times
- Adhere to mandatory clock-in and clock-out policies

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names whenever possible to make them feel welcomed
- Work together to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
- Support groups and events at the hotel
- Use relevant technology proficiently
- Answer incoming calls with friendly service and approved greetings
- Keep all workspaces clean and well-organized
- Assist in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Greet every guest happily while cleaning
- Complete operational checklists accurately and on time
- Prepare accurate shift handover reports
- Wear clean, approved uniform and be well-groomed with a nametag and smile
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude and stretch beyond roles as needed
- Collaborate to create a welcoming environment and positive workplace
- Greet guests and describe food and beverage options clearly and correctly
- Deliver hot food items to tables promptly
- Input orders and secure payment accurately using POS systems
- Prepare coffee and specialized drinks as a barista
- Clear, clean, and reset tables for dining
- Respond promptly to guest requests
- Complete daily inventory and side work as allowed
- Know current food and beverage offerings
- Escort guests to tables as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling procedures
- Help maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and surrounding areas
- Demonstrate knowledge of hotel hours and available amenities
