  • Experience in hospitality or consumer-facing roles preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
  • Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
  • Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
  • Maintain strong knowledge of hotel features and amenities
  • Support all groups and events at the hotel
  • Answer all incoming calls with friendly, approved greetings
  • Ensure all workspaces, both front and back of house, are clean and organized
  • Participate in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
  • Greet every guest with a smile while cleaning
  • Complete operational checklists accurately and on time every shift
  • Prepare and wear clean, approved uniforms with a nametag
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members
  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude and willingness to support business needs
  • Work collaboratively with team members to create a welcoming environment
  • Provide prompt and friendly food and beverage service
  • Deliver hot to order items quickly from kitchen to tables
  • Enter orders into POS system and process accurate payments
  • Prepare coffee and specialized drinks as a barista
  • Clear, clean, and reset tables for dining
  • Observe diners and respond to requests promptly
  • Complete daily inventory prep sheets and other side work
  • Maintain familiarity with current food and beverage offerings
  • Escort guests to tables as needed
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and handling policies
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness of restaurant and surrounding areas
  • Demonstrate knowledge of hotel hours and amenities
