Job Requirements
- Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions, assigned tasks, and meet deadlines
- Always provide friendly service with a smile to guests
- Flexible schedule with availability days, nights, holidays, and weekends based on hotel demands
- Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift worked and clock out at scheduled shift ending time, unless directed otherwise by the manager
- Never work while clocked out
- Must clock in/out for breaks at the designated time
- Must provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to walk and move about the worksite
- Ability to perform repetitive motions of wrists, hands, and fingers
- Ability to lift and carry supplies and linens
- Effective reading, writing, understanding, and communication in English

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use the guests' names whenever possible, ensuring they feel properly welcomed
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and a sense of urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
- Support all groups and events at the hotel
- Answer incoming calls with friendly, professional phone etiquette
- Keep all workspaces clean and well-organized
- Pitch in to clean guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Always greet guests warmly while performing cleaning duties
- Complete all operational checklists accurately and on time each shift
- Prepare coffee and other specialized drinks
- Monitor tables, clear, clean, and reset them as needed
- Observe diners and respond promptly to their requests
- Complete side work such as inventory prep sheets as allowable by labor rules
- Demonstrate knowledge of current food and beverage offerings
- Escort guests to tables when needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling policies
- Maintain cleanliness in restaurant and surrounding areas
- Demonstrate knowledge of hotel hours and available amenities
