Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage with guests and coworkers professionally
- Must obtain and maintain required certifications such as Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler's Card as per state regulations

Job Duties
- Create warm, memorable dining moments by greeting guests with a smile, taking accurate orders, and making sure every need is met from start to finish
- Know the menu inside and out including ingredients, dietary needs, daily specials, and alcohol service guidelines to guide guests professionally
- Deliver food and drinks quickly and flawlessly with meticulous attention to detail
- Manage multiple tables efficiently while keeping service smooth and areas clean under pressure
- Handle payment transactions precisely, close checks confidently, and follow all company and security protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the service area by adhering to hygiene regulations and certification standards
- Stay physically energized and endure the demands of lifting, bending, and moving throughout shifts
