Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with guests and coworkers professionally
Must obtain and maintain any required certifications e.g. alcohol awareness food handler’s card as per state regulations

Job Duties

Provide a warm friendly and professional dining experience by greeting guests taking orders accurately and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit
Maintain a strong knowledge of the menu including ingredients dietary restrictions specials and alcohol service guidelines
Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Manage multiple tables while maintaining efficiency in serving clearing and resetting tables for the next guests
Process payments close checks and ensure accurate handling of transactions while following company and security guidelines
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations maintain a tidy and organized service area and comply with alcohol and food handling certifications
Physical ability to stand for long hours lift and carry objects 20-50 lbs walk bend and perform repetitive motions
