- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is a plus
- strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests and coworkers professionally
- must obtain and maintain any required certifications (e.g., Alcohol Awareness, Food Handler's Card) as per state regulations

Job Duties
- Provide a warm, friendly, and professional dining experience by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit
- maintain a strong knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, dietary restrictions, specials, and alcohol service guidelines
- take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- manage multiple tables while maintaining efficiency in serving, clearing, and resetting tables for the next guests
- process payments, close checks, and ensure accurate handling of transactions while following company and security guidelines
- follow food safety and hygiene regulations, maintain a tidy and organized service area, and comply with alcohol and food handling certifications
- stand for long hours, lift and carry objects (20–50 lbs), walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions
