- Previous experience in a casual dining or hospitality environment
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Provide attentive and personalized service to guests in the casual dining restaurant
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of menu options, including daily specials and wine pairings
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure prompt and accurate order delivery
- Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and answer questions about the menu
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, following health and safety guidelines
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns or issues in a professional manner
- Contribute to a positive team environment, working closely with colleagues to exceed guest expectations
