Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a casual dining or hospitality environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to follow health and safety regulations
  • Strong multitasking skills

Job Duties

  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests in the casual dining restaurant
  • Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of menu options, including daily specials and wine pairings
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure prompt and accurate order delivery
  • Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and answer questions about the menu
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, following health and safety guidelines
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns or issues in a professional manner
  • Contribute to a positive team environment, working closely with colleagues to exceed guest expectations
