Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous food and beverage serving experience
ability to lift up to 50 pounds
able to stand for long periods
customer service skills
positive attitude
legal age to serve alcohol where required
ability to thrive in a busy, high-volume environment

Job Duties

Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm
actively recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to visits to enhance experience and drive sales
provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations
take orders quickly and accurately
keep bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a welcoming space
be readily available with a strong presence, working seamlessly with fellow Playmakers to deliver an unforgettable Player experience
adhere to safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe environment
live the Topgolf core values of fun, one team, excellence, courage, and caring every day
