Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of fine dining server experience
- ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace
- food handlers certification
- good communication skills both verbal and written
- basic computational ability
- basic computer skills

Job Duties
- Take orders for and serve all food and beverage requests using suggestive selling techniques as appropriate
- clear tables during service
- control guest checks and secure proper payment and signature
- ensure station and table setups are complete and perform various side duties as assigned for both dining room and private events
- maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas, service stations and servicing equipment
- describe all menu items, prices and methods of preparation
- use communication skills to provide excellent member service
