Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or healthcare dining setting is preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Dependability and a strong work ethic
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Set up dining areas, serve meals and beverages, ensure residents receive their food promptly
- Engage with residents in a friendly manner, address their dietary preferences and special requests with care and professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness in dining and kitchen areas, including clearing tables, washing dishes, and sanitizing equipment according to health and safety regulations
- Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service and a positive dining experience for residents
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling procedures and personal hygiene standards
