Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- valid driver license and acceptable driving record
- background and drug screening
- ability to multitask
- food handler certified
- TABC certified is a plus
- work weekends and evening

- combination of education, experience, and training considered

Job Duties
- Greeting patrons as they enter the dining area
- assisting guests in ordering and recommendations
- efficiently operate cash register and responsibly handle cash
- operating traditional espresso machine
- brew coffee, tea, make smoothies and shakes, juicing citrus drinks
- delivering food to guests with a smile
- taste testing and quality assurance
- maintaining a clean and orderly dining area
- collecting and returning used dishes to the kitchen for washing
- washing, sanitizing, and drying dishes
- restocking refrigerators, shelves, and displays
- counting and tracking inventory
- disposing of trash
- cleaning tables, chairs, outside patio area, and storage areas
- mopping or sweeping floors when needed
- delivering orders via curbside
- follow health and safety guidelines
- contribute to a positive team environment
