Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- some college preferred
- must be at least 18 years of age
- two to three years of experience in fast-paced high-end clubs or restaurants
- ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
- physical capability to lift 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
- availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- proficiency in English communication
- ability to perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling
- adherence to safety policies and procedures
- ability to interact with guests and co-workers to maintain service standards
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to interact effectively with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards
- basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English to communicate with guests
- physical ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds
- availability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- sufficient mobility to perform production tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling
- two to three years’ experience working in a fast-paced high-end club or restaurant environment

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service in Clubs, Suites, or In-Seat environments
- interact with guests to assure guest satisfaction
- serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer
- work collaboratively with team members and other stadium service departments
- support service staff by clearing and cleaning tables and running food
- perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
- maintain knowledge of other food, beverage, and retail outlets within the stadium
