Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college preferred
- Two to three years of experience in a fast-paced high-end club or restaurant
- Ability to read, speak, and write English
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, pushing and pulling
- Ability to work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Practice safe work habits and follow all safety procedures
- Must complete company-wide and job-specific safety training
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to interact with co-workers to assure compliance with company service standards
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Must be able to read, speak, and write English to communicate with guests
- Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
- Ability to work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Sufficient mobility to perform production tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
- Two to three years of experience working in a fast-paced high-end club or restaurant
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college preferred
Job Duties
- Ability to interact with guests in order to assure guest satisfaction
- Provide guests with personal service and attention to detail that exceeds their expectations
- Serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer
- Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within the stadium
- Support the service staff by clearing and cleaning tables and running food
- Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
- Be knowledgeable of other food, beverage, and retail outlets within the stadium
