Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to three years of experience in a fast-paced high-end club or restaurant
- Ability to work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Proficient in English language reading, speaking, and writing
- Sufficient physical mobility for assigned tasks
- At least 18 years of age

- Ability to interact with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Proficient reading, speaking, and writing skills in English
- Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Capability to work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Sufficient mobility to perform production tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods
- Two to three years of experience in a fast-paced high-end club or restaurant
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service while working in Clubs, Suites, or In-Seat environments
- Interact with guests to assure satisfaction
- Serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer
- Work collaboratively with associates and other stadium service departments
- Support service staff by clearing and cleaning tables and running food
- Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
- Maintain knowledge of other food, beverage, and retail outlets within the stadium
