Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college preferred
- Minimum age of 18
- Ability to interact with guests and co-workers
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Sufficient mobility for physical tasks
- Two to three years of related experience
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to interact effectively with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Ability to read, speak and write English for guest communication
- Physical ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Sufficient mobility to perform tasks involving constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling
- Two to three years of experience in a fast-paced high-end club or restaurant
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college preferred
Job Duties
- Interact with guests to assure guest satisfaction
- Provide personal service and attention to detail that exceeds guest expectations
- Serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer
- Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments
- Support service staff by clearing and cleaning tables and running food
- Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
- Maintain knowledge of other food, beverage and retail outlets within the stadium
