Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Present menus and provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage offerings
- Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks
- Utilize Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order entry and payment processing
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, adhering to food safety standards
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for new guests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly
