Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Previous serving experience required
- Knowledge of Arizona State Liquor Laws - Title 4 required
- Must have working knowledge of electronic point of sale (POS) systems
- Must be at least 21 years old for beverage and pool servers
- Must possess a Maricopa County Food Handlers Card
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends evenings and holidays
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to read write speak and understand English
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Previous serving experience
- Knowledge of Arizona State Liquor Laws - Title 4
- Working knowledge of electronic point of sale (POS) systems
- Pleasant personality and excellent customer service skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Ensure excellent customer service for every guest every time
- Greet guests present menu answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverages
- Write order on check or memorize it
- Relay order to kitchen and serve courses from kitchen and service bars
- Garnish and decorate dishes prior to serving if required
- Observe diners to respond to additional requests and determine when meal is completed
- Act immediately on customer comments to ensure corrections are made
