Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous serving experience in a hotel, fine dining, or high-volume restaurant preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays weighing up to moderate weight
- adherence to sanitation and safety standards
- strong multitasking and organizational skills
- positive and professional attitude

Job Duties
- Greet and engage guests with a professional, friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel welcome and cared for
- provide detailed knowledge of the menu, including wine, cocktails, and daily specials, to make thoughtful recommendations
- accurately take food and beverage orders, input them into the POS system, and ensure timely delivery
- anticipate guest needs, monitor tables throughout service, and respond promptly to requests
- work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth coordination and service flow
- handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism, escalating to a manager if needed
- prepare and maintain a clean, organized service area, following all sanitation and safety procedures
- process guest payments accurately and efficiently
- contribute to team success by assisting colleagues during peak service times
- uphold Hyatt brand standards, delivering care and hospitality in every interaction
