Job Requirements
- High School Diploma
 - Minimum of one year of comparable experience
 - Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
 - Ability to walk, sit for extended periods, bend, stretch, and stoop
 - Repeated use of hands, fingers, wrists, and arms
 - Ability to see close and far
 - Ability to hear and communicate verbally
 - Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
 - Appreciation and respect for the Catholic Church and its teachings
 - Outstanding problem-solving skills
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 - Ability to apply routine mathematical concepts
 - Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
 
Job Qualifications

 - Understanding of food and beverage pairings
 - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
 - Positive and professional demeanor
 - Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
 - Ability to work with diverse groups of people in a collaborative environment
 - Excellent written and oral communication skills
 - Food Handler's Certification preferred
 - Demonstrated ability to work in a church-related and service-oriented environment
 
Job Duties
- Follow instructions as a Server under Executive Chef or Cook leadership when needs arise
 - Greet guests upon arrival
 - Provide excellent customer service to all guests and team members
 - Prepare tables before service according to Executive Chef instructions and maintain cleanliness by clearing and wiping tables
 - Ensure dishes are presented correctly, serve and clear tables maintaining a polished appearance
 - Address guest complaints or issues promptly, professionally, and calmly, escalating to management when necessary
 - Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure a seamless and high-quality guest experience
 - Perform other duties as assigned
