Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years experience in restaurant or hospitality service
- alcohol beverage certification
- food safety certification
- legal age to prepare and serve alcoholic beverages
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to perform repetitive motions
- ability to work in hot, humid, and noisy environment
- availability for nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Setup side stations and perform assigned side prep work
- provide immediate attention to all members and guests upon seating
- ensure children are safely seated
- distribute food and wine menus and answer questions
- fill glasses with ice water and suggest menu items
- ensure correct account numbers and names for billing
- efficiently serve food and drinks in a friendly and courteous manner
- place orders with kitchen and inform cooks of special instructions
- assemble food on tray and procure items from stations as necessary
- serve meals and place dishes by courses
- check back to ensure member and guest satisfaction
- replenish water and butter as necessary
- remove soiled dishes and clear tables after each course
- present dessert menus and serve dessert, coffee, and after-dinner drinks
- verify accuracy of prices, taxes, tips, and other charges
- present the bill
- handle cash and credit card charges
- keep dining room and bus station areas clean
- clear, clean, and reset tables
- advise supervisor of complaints promptly
- perform clean-up and closing duties as assigned
- attend pre-meal meetings
- turn in signed tip declaration form weekly
- thank members and guests and invite them to return
- consistently follow local and state laws and club policies for serving alcoholic beverages
- perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
