Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant environment preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Good physical stamina
- Clear communication skills

Job Duties
- Ensure guest satisfaction by following the Eight Steps of Service
- Practice positive public relations to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Anticipate and respond to guests' needs to enhance their dining experience
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and promotions
- Assist other servers to promote teamwork and outstanding guest service
- Understand product specifications and verify receipts match the number of guests
- Perform opening, closing, and side work duties
- Report equipment and facility issues to the manager
- Follow correct table bussing procedures
- Adhere to safe work practices for personal and guest safety
- Maintain cleanliness and meet service and quality standards
- Comply with local health department laws
