Job Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, deliver, and serve from trays weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Ability to utilize tray stands for trays while distributing orders to customers
- Require manual dexterity
- Ability to stand and walk continually throughout the day
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach while carrying serving trays weighing up to 50 pounds
- Experience in restaurant and serving fields with at least 1 year of service
- Ability to read and write at sufficient level
- Customer service oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills

- Ability to read and write at a level sufficient to complete assigned tasks

Job Duties
- Greet and seat residents, guests, and staff members for meals and other dietary programs
- Complete table set-up for all dining room meals, as well as Assisted Living parties, meetings, and special events as necessary
- Maintain all dining/special function areas in compliance with cleanliness standards
- Inform residents, guests, and facility staff of any/all menu items in a pleasant and polite manner
- Collect orders, serve beverages, and deliver items to residents, guests, and staff deftly and accurately
- Check the quality of the final servings and resolve any issues
- Promptly remove plates when residents, guests, etc., are finished
