Job Requirements

  • Ability to perform essential job functions consistently, safely, and successfully within federal, state, and local standards
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk actively for eight hours
  • Physical ability to bend, lift, carry, and reach or extend arms and hands above shoulder height
  • At least 1 year of related food and beverage experience
  • Basic knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer, and wine
  • Effective communication skills
  • High level of integrity
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a good working environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment cleanly and quickly

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of related food and beverage experience with an emphasis on cocktail and ingredient preparation
  • Basic knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer, and wine
  • Basic restaurant food knowledge
  • Ability to be hyper-aware of guest perception and interactions
  • High integrity and fairness
  • Strong collaborative skills to foster a positive work environment
  • Ability to work cleanly and efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Job Duties

  • Provide warm, humble and knowledgeable service throughout the property
  • Liaise with restaurant and outlet operations staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Greet guests with a positive attitude
  • Strictly adhere to all alcohol safety requirements and ID checking procedures
  • Manage multiple priorities efficiently under time constraints
  • Listen and communicate effectively to build connections with guests and colleagues
  • Perform all aspects of service and hospitality beyond classic bartending
