Job Requirements
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience in a high-volume restaurant/bar
- Food handler certification or willingness to obtain it
- Certification in responsible alcohol service or willingness to obtain it
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Two years of server experience in a high-volume restaurant/bar setting
- Food handler certification, or the ability to get it
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (such as TIPS or SERV Safe)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 75 lbs
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for hospitality and delivering legendary service
Job Duties
- Deliver friendly, attentive, and upbeat service in a high-volume environment
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Make knowledgeable recommendations and upsell when appropriate
- Maintain a clean, organized section and follow all service standards
- Work closely with bartenders, runners, and managers to keep the vibe flowing
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Create memorable guest experiences - rain or shine
