Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of one year experience in a server or customer service role
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to stand for long periods and carry trays
- positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

Job Duties
- greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
- present menu information and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- serve meals and beverages promptly ensuring guest satisfaction
- handle guest inquiries and resolve any complaints professionally
- maintain cleanliness and organization of server stations and dining areas
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow
