Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged preferred
- one year of serving experience preferred
- ability to read write and understand english language to communicate with staff residents and guests
- sufficient manual dexterity to use kitchen equipment and utensils
- ability to stand walk climb stairs crouch bend stoop reach grasp push pull and work continuously without sitting for extended periods
- ability to lift carry push or pull up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- enhance the overall dining experience for residents family members and guests
- assist in delivery of culinary activities for all dining venues including bistro casual formal luminations memory care and club room
- support special events and private functions with attentive service
- maintain a professional friendly courteous helpful and timely manner known as the sterling touch
- work under the guidance of executive chef and dining room supervisor following community standards and procedures
- ensure high level of satisfaction for residents and their guests
- manage dining service activities effectively across venues
