- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year experience in hospitality or restaurant environment
- Ability to up-sell and promote additional menu items
- Knowledge of wine presentation and pouring
- Understanding of fine dining etiquette
- Proficiency in English communication
- Strong interpersonal and time management abilities
Job Qualifications

- One year of related experience in hospitality or restaurant environment
- Ability to up-sell items such as alcohol, cigars, coffee products
- Ability to present, open, and pour wine
- Knowledge of fine dining etiquette
- Effective communication skills in English
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to maintain effective customer relations
Job Duties
- Serve food and beverages in a friendly and courteous manner
- Relay customer complaints to the supervisor
- Inspect food and products for quality
- Set up dining tables with appropriate items
- Become familiar with drink prices and menu items
- Write checks clearly and legibly in ink and use pre-check system
- Display a professional and courteous image with guests
