Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of related experience in hospitality or restaurant environment
- ability to upsell items such as alcohol and coffee products
- ability to present, open, and pour wine
- knowledge of fine dining etiquette
- effective communication in English
- excellent interpersonal and time management skills
- ability to maintain customer relations effectively

Job Duties
- Serve food and beverages in a friendly and courteous manner
- relay any customer complaints to the supervisor
- inspect food and products from the kitchen for quality
- set up dining tables and ensure all items are appropriately placed
- become familiar with prices of drinks and menu items
- write all checks clearly and legibly in ink
- maintain a professional and courteous image with guests
