Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
at least one year of related experience in hospitality or restaurant environment
ability to upsell items such as alcohol and coffee products
ability to present, open, and pour wine
knowledge of fine dining etiquette
effective communication in English
excellent interpersonal and time management skills
ability to maintain customer relations effectively

Job Duties

Serve food and beverages in a friendly and courteous manner
relay any customer complaints to the supervisor
inspect food and products from the kitchen for quality
set up dining tables and ensure all items are appropriately placed
become familiar with prices of drinks and menu items
write all checks clearly and legibly in ink
maintain a professional and courteous image with guests
