Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year of related experience in hospitality or restaurant environment
  • ability to upsell items such as alcohol and coffee products
  • ability to present, open, and pour wine
  • knowledge of fine dining etiquette
  • effective communication in English
  • excellent interpersonal and time management skills
  • ability to maintain customer relations effectively

Job Duties

  • Serve food and beverages in a friendly and courteous manner
  • relay any customer complaints to the supervisor
  • inspect food and products from the kitchen for quality
  • set up dining tables and ensure all items are appropriately placed
  • become familiar with prices of drinks and menu items
  • write all checks clearly and legibly in ink
  • maintain a professional and courteous image with guests
