Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- able to stand and walk for extended periods
- willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- able to communicate effectively in English
- must have a positive attitude and enjoy interacting with people
- ability to carry trays and serve food and beverages safely

Job Duties
- greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- take accurate food and beverage orders and convey them to the kitchen and bar staff
- provide detailed menu information and make recommendations to enhance guest experience
- ensure timely and efficient service to maintain flow during busy periods
- handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
- prepare and present bills, process payments smoothly and accurately
- collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
