Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Serv-Safe certification or willingness to obtain it
- Experience preferred in senior living or healthcare
- Sensitivity to senior population needs

- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be Serv-Safe certified or willing to obtain certification upon acceptance of employment offer
- Prefer experience within senior living or healthcare environments
- Must be sensitive to needs of senior population
Job Duties
- Serve resident meals in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand the daily menu through active participation in the pre-meal meeting
- Effectively communicate information to residents regarding flavor, availability, presentation and preparation of meals
- Complete all side work assignments and prepare for shift
- Follow procedures to assure that dining room(s) and service stations are organized and sanitary at all times
- Put resident service first
- Ensure that residents and families receive the highest quality service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individual’s needs and rights
- Perform all other duties as requested
