Job Duties
- Ensure guest satisfaction and promote return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service
- Practice positive public relations by maintaining a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests
- Be attentive to guests' needs to enhance their dining experience
- Display enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and special promotions
- Assist other Servers to promote teamwork and ensure outstanding guest service
- Understand product specifications and verify guests' receipts match the number of guests dining
- Perform opening and closing procedures and side work duties
- Report any equipment and facility problems to the Manager
- Follow proper table bussing procedures
- Adhere to safe work practices to ensure personal and coworker safety
- Maintain cleanliness and meet service and quality standards
- Comply with local health department laws
