Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year of experience in high-volume, upscale dining
  • Knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and cocktails
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic proficiency with POS systems and cash handling

  • Minimum one year of experience in high-volume, upscale dining
  • Knowledgeable and confident discussing food, wine, spirits, and cocktails
  • Detail-oriented and proactive with a sense of urgency
  • Strong communicator with a polished and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Duties

  • Greet guests promptly with warmth and professionalism
  • Guide guests through the menu with detailed knowledge of dishes, beverages, and specials
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system efficiently
  • Deliver food and drinks in a timely, attentive manner
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to guest needs and concerns
  • Collaborate with team members (bartenders, kitchen staff, server assistants) to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections and service areas
  • Handle payments accurately and process checks using the POS system
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Uphold the standards of service and hospitality expected in a fine dining environment
