Job Duties
- Take meal orders accurately while considering their dietary restrictions and preferences
- Serve meals promptly and courteously, provide refills as requested
- Help residents as required by greeting, assisting them to their tables, serving meals and beverages promptly
- Communicate effectively with all other culinary staff to coordinate meal service efficiently
- Provide friendly and attentive service to enhance the dining experience
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and portion sizes to answer resident questions accurately
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with special events or other dining activities as needed
