Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in high-volume upscale dining
  • Ability to confidently discuss menu items including food, wine, spirits, and cocktails
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must uphold professionalism and hospitality standards
  • Ability to use POS system efficiently
  • Availability to work full-time for benefits eligibility

Job Qualifications

  • Experienced in high-volume, upscale dining (minimum 1+ year preferred)
  • Knowledgeable and confident discussing food, wine, spirits, and cocktails
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and works with a sense of urgency
  • Strong communicator with a polished and professional demeanor

Job Duties

  • Greet guests promptly with warmth and professionalism
  • Guide guests through the menu with detailed knowledge of dishes, beverages, and specials
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system efficiently
  • Deliver food and drinks in a timely, attentive manner
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to guest needs and concerns
  • Collaborate with team members (bartenders, kitchen staff, server assistants) to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections and service areas
  • Handle payments accurately and process checks using the POS system
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Uphold the standards of service and hospitality expected in a fine dining environment
