Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of relevant experience in hospitality or senior living preferred
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours including evenings and weekends
- Effective English communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to the role
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality, full-service, or senior living preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated good judgment, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Prepare food items and serve food to residents within scheduled time frame
- Clean and maintain food service areas including kitchen and dining room
- Communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
- Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Assist in providing a welcoming and respectful dining environment
- Adhere to safety and hygiene standards in food preparation and service
